A free focus timer. Tap FLY to start a flight and LAND to end it. The flight continues when you switch apps or lock the screen. TOBE v1 has no account or cloud sync.

Tap BLOCK APPS, allow Screen Time access for yourself, and choose apps, categories or websites in Apple’s picker. While a flight is active, ManagedSettings shows a shield for your selection. KEEP FLYING closes the shielded app; LAND ends the flight and clears shields. The timer works without permission.

Tap BLOCK APPS, tap the apps to select, then TURN ON. Read the disclosure. NOT NOW leaves permission off; CONTINUE opens Android Accessibility Settings. Enable TOBE and return, then tap FLY. A selected app shows STILL FLYING. KEEP FLYING keeps the flight going; LAND & OPEN ends it and opens the app. Calls, Home and system settings are exempt.

On Android: Settings → Accessibility → TOBE → Off. On iOS: Settings → Screen Time → Apps with Screen Time Access → TOBE → Off (labels vary by OS). End the flight with LAND and remove selections in BLOCK APPS if you also want to clear blocking choices. You can keep using the timer.

Apple’s shield action closes the blocked app after LAND. TOBE clears its shields, but iOS does not provide an automatic reopen action here. Open the app yourself. Reopen TOBE to see LANDED.

On iOS, long-press Home → Edit → Add Widget → search TOBE. On Android, use the + button in TOBE for the small widget, or long-press Home → Widgets → TOBE. Small shows flight time; Medium has FLY/LAND controls. Widget updates and notifications follow your OS settings. Launch TOBE once after installation.

Tap the bell in TOBE to open notification settings. If blocking is off, check Screen Time or Accessibility permission, confirm a selection, and start a flight. After an Android force-stop, reopen TOBE and check Accessibility again; Android may turn the service off, so you may need to enable it again. After reboot, unlock and reopen TOBE to verify the flight. OS alarm batching and battery management may delay Android milestones.

LANDED prepares a card in the background. SHARE immediately locks result actions and shows PREPARING… if needed. Cancel the system share sheet to return. If it fails, try SHARE again. No flight is ended or restarted by sharing.

BLOCK APPS を押し、自分用のスクリーンタイム利用を許可します。Apple の選択画面でアプリ、カテゴリ、Web サイトを選ぶと、飛行中だけブロック画面を表示します。KEEP FLYING は飛行を続け、LAND は飛行を終了してブロックを解除します。許可しなくてもタイマーは使えます。

BLOCK APPS でアプリをタップして選び、TURN ON を押します。説明を読み、NOT NOW なら許可せず戻り、CONTINUE なら Android のユーザー補助設定を開きます。TOBE を有効にして戻り、FLY を押します。選んだアプリを開くと STILL FLYING が表示されます。KEEP FLYING は飛行を続け、LAND & OPEN は終了してそのアプリを開きます。電話、ホーム画面、システム設定は対象外です。

Android：設定 → ユーザー補助 → TOBE → オフ。iOS：設定 → スクリーンタイム → スクリーンタイムへのアクセスが許可されたアプリ → TOBE → オフ（OS により名称が異なります）。LAND で飛行を終え、BLOCK APPS で選択も解除できます。タイマーは引き続き使えます。

Apple のブロック画面では、LAND 後に対象アプリが閉じます。TOBE はブロックを解除しますが、この操作からアプリを自動で開き直す機能は iOS にありません。対象アプリを自分で開いてください。TOBE に戻ると LANDED を確認できます。

iOS：ホーム画面を長押し → 編集 → ウィジェットを追加 → TOBE を検索。Android：TOBE の + で小サイズを追加、またはホーム画面を長押し → ウィジェット → TOBE。小サイズは飛行時間、中サイズは FLY・LAND の操作に対応します。インストール後は一度 TOBE を開いてください。更新や通知は OS の設定に従います。

TOBE のベルから通知設定を確認してください。ブロックにはスクリーンタイムまたはユーザー補助の許可、対象の選択、飛行の開始が必要です。Android で強制停止した後は TOBE を開き直し、ユーザー補助を確認してください。OS がサービスを無効にした場合は、再度許可が必要です。再起動後もロックを解除して TOBE の飛行状態を確認してください。OS の通知予約や省電力制御で Android の節目通知が遅れる場合があります。

LANDED でカードを事前に準備します。SHARE を押すと操作を一時ロックし、未完了なら「準備中…」と表示します。共有画面をキャンセルすると戻れます。失敗時はもう一度 SHARE を押してください。共有で飛行が終了したり再開したりすることはありません。
