What TOBE does
TOBE is a general-purpose focus timer with optional app blocking, widgets, local milestone notifications and sharing. It has no account, backend, cloud sync, analytics SDK, advertising SDK or in-app purchases. TOBE accesses and processes information locally for these features. Current v1 does not automatically transmit TOBE usage, personal or sensitive data to MeeM, analytics providers or advertising networks.
Flight state and local storage
The device stores the current flight identifier, timing state, latest completed flight, best and total duration, flight count and notification state. Timing uses the device clock and boot information to continue across background use and restarts. Altitude and Universe stages are derived from elapsed time, not your location. There is no server-side flight history. Android uses private app preferences/files with app backup disabled. iOS uses UserDefaults in group.com.kurorewire.tobe, shared with TOBE’s own widgets and shield extensions. The web preview uses browser localStorage separately.
Android app list and selection
To show BLOCK APPS, TOBE queries launchable apps, reads their package IDs, display labels and icons, and excludes phone, launcher and system interfaces. A private app file caches this list and icons and refreshes when the package set or language changes. Your selected package IDs and labels are stored separately. TOBE does not request QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES. Removing a selection does not immediately delete the app-list cache; clearing TOBE’s storage or uninstalling removes it.
Android AccessibilityService
BLOCK APPS is optional. TOBE is not an accessibility tool. Before opening Accessibility Settings, TOBE explains access and asks you to continue; NOT NOW leaves permission off. While enabled, the service receives foreground window-state events and app package identifiers, including outside a flight. It displays STILL FLYING only for a selected, non-exempt app during an active flight. KEEP FLYING continues the flight; LAND & OPEN ends it and releases the selected app. A short-lived local bypass supports this transition. Phone/call, Home and system settings interfaces are exempt. TOBE does not retrieve screen contents or read typed text, passwords, notifications or screenshots. It does not automate clicks, gestures or input. Package events are processed locally and are not stored as a persistent app-usage history or transmitted off-device by TOBE.
iOS Screen Time and shields
BLOCK APPS requests Apple Family Controls authorization for an individual user and uses FamilyActivityPicker. TOBE stores FamilyActivitySelection and Apple-provided opaque app, category and web-domain tokens locally in its App Group. ManagedSettings applies shields during an active flight, and LAND clears them. For shield presentation, Apple may provide an app display name or domain to TOBE’s shield extension. TOBE uses that value in the shield text; it does not save it as app-usage history or transmit it off-device. This is not a claim that the extension can never see an app name. The app is not a parental-control or child-management service.
Permission controls, widgets and notifications
Disable optional access in Android Settings → Accessibility → TOBE, or iOS Settings → Screen Time → apps with Screen Time access → TOBE (names vary by OS). Remove selections through BLOCK APPS. The timer works without blocking permission. Widgets use local flight state; the medium widget can FLY or LAND. Milestone notifications are scheduled locally, without push servers. Notification permissions can be disabled in system settings using TOBE’s bell button.
Share Card
TOBE renders the Share Card locally, including a cached result in memory on LANDED. SHARE explicitly opens the operating system share sheet. Android writes the most recent JPEG to private cache/share/tobe-flight.jpg and grants temporary read access to the chosen receiving app; iOS passes an image and caption to the system share controller. TOBE does not record the chosen destination or upload the card to MeeM. The receiving service may process a shared copy under its own policy. On the standalone web preview, a browser may download the card and copy the caption when native sharing is unavailable.
Platform services, website and support
Apple and Google provide installation, permission, notification, widget and sharing services under their own terms. System diagnostics and device backups depend on platform settings; TOBE does not integrate a third-party crash reporter. Opening our public pages in a browser sends a normal web request to the website host, which may process IP addresses and technical request logs. The supplied TOBE pages contain no analytics, tracking scripts, embeds or cookies. If you voluntarily email support, MeeM receives your email address and the information you send, uses it to respond, and retains it only as needed for support and applicable obligations. This is separate from automatic data collection by the installed app.
Retention and deletion
Local flight records and selections remain until app data is removed. Android: Settings → Apps → TOBE → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall. Clear storage also deletes the private app-list file; Clear cache alone may not. iOS: delete TOBE and its widgets rather than offloading the app. iOS manages deletion of the shared App Group container. Backups/restores may retain or restore local data according to OS settings, which MeeM cannot access. Share caches may persist until replaced, the app/OS clears them, or app data is removed. Exported files and copies in receiving apps must be deleted separately. For web previews, clear this site’s browser data. Contact us to request deletion of support emails.
Security, children and policy changes
TOBE uses platform app storage and permission controls and limits share-file access to the share flow. No system can guarantee absolute security. TOBE is a general-purpose productivity app, is not directed at children, and provides no family or child monitoring. Do not send sensitive information in support requests. Website Feedback
The optional website feedback form requires no account, name or email address. Cloudflare processes the request, and we store the category and message in Cloudflare D1 with a random ID and submission time. We do not store IP addresses or user agents with feedback; Cloudflare may process standard infrastructure network logs.
Feedback is used only for product improvement and support, not advertising, profiling or app analytics. It is not sold or shared for marketing. Website feedback is separate from TOBE app telemetry and does not change the installed app’s current data collection behavior. We retain feedback only as long as reasonably needed for product improvement, and no longer than 12 months unless needed to resolve an ongoing issue. TOBE と情報の取り扱い
TOBE は、任意のアプリブロック、ウィジェット、端末内の節目通知、共有に対応した集中タイマーです。アカウント、バックエンド、クラウド同期、分析 SDK、広告 SDK、アプリ内課金はありません。機能のために情報へアクセスし、端末内で処理します。現在の v1 は、TOBE の利用情報、個人情報、機密情報を MeeM、分析事業者、広告ネットワークに自動送信しません。
飛行状態と端末内の保存
現在の飛行 ID と計測状態、直近の飛行、最長・累計時間、飛行回数、通知状態を端末に保存します。バックグラウンドや再起動後の計測に端末の時計・起動時刻情報を使います。高度と Universe のステージは経過時間から計算し、位置情報は使いません。サーバー上の飛行履歴はありません。Android はアプリ専用の設定・ファイルを使い、アプリのバックアップを無効にしています。iOS は group.com.kurorewire.tobe の UserDefaults を TOBE 自身のウィジェット・ブロック拡張機能と共有します。Web プレビューは別途ブラウザの localStorage を使います。
Android のアプリ一覧と選択
BLOCK APPS の一覧のために、起動可能なアプリのパッケージ ID、表示名、アイコンを読み取り、電話・ホーム・システム関連を除外します。一覧とアイコンをアプリ専用ファイルにキャッシュし、アプリの構成や言語が変わると更新します。選んだアプリの ID と表示名は別に保存します。QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES は要求しません。選択解除だけでは一覧キャッシュはすぐに消えません。TOBE のストレージ消去またはアンインストールで削除できます。
Android のユーザー補助サービス
BLOCK APPS は任意です。TOBE は障がい者支援を目的とするアクセシビリティツールではありません。設定を開く前にアクセス内容を説明し、CONTINUE で進むか確認します。NOT NOW では許可はオフのままです。サービスが有効な間、飛行中以外も前面ウィンドウの切り替えとアプリの識別情報を受け取ります。飛行中に、自分で選んだ対象外ではないアプリを開いた場合だけ STILL FLYING を表示します。KEEP FLYING は飛行を続け、LAND & OPEN は終了して選んだアプリを開きます。この移行に短時間の端末内の除外情報を使います。電話・通話、ホーム画面、システム設定は対象外です。画面内容、入力文字、パスワード、通知、スクリーンショットは読み取りません。クリック、ジェスチャー、文字入力を自動操作しません。イベントは端末内で処理し、継続的なアプリ利用履歴として保存せず、TOBE から外部に送信しません。
iOS のスクリーンタイムとブロック
BLOCK APPS は個人利用の Family Controls 認証を求め、Apple の FamilyActivityPicker を使います。FamilyActivitySelection と、Apple が提供する不透明なアプリ・カテゴリ・Web ドメインのトークンを App Group 内に保存します。飛行中に ManagedSettings のブロックを適用し、LAND で解除します。ブロック画面の表示用に、Apple から TOBE の拡張機能へアプリの表示名やドメインが渡される場合があります。その値を画面に表示しますが、アプリ利用履歴として保存せず、外部に送信しません。拡張機能がアプリ名を一切受け取らないという意味ではありません。保護者による管理や子どもの監視サービスではありません。
許可の管理・ウィジェット・通知
Android は設定 → ユーザー補助 → TOBE、iOS は設定 → スクリーンタイム → アクセスが許可されたアプリ → TOBE で無効にできます（OS により名称が異なります）。BLOCK APPS から選択を解除できます。ブロックの許可がなくてもタイマーは使えます。ウィジェットは端末内の飛行状態を使い、中サイズは FLY・LAND に対応します。節目の通知は端末内で予約し、プッシュ通知サーバーは使いません。ベルから OS の通知設定を開き、通知を無効にできます。
Share Card
Share Card は端末内で作り、LANDED では結果をメモリに事前保存します。SHARE を押したときだけ OS の共有画面を開きます。Android は最新の JPEG をアプリ専用の cache/share/tobe-flight.jpg に保存し、共有先へ一時的な読み取り権限を渡します。iOS は画像と文章を OS の共有画面に渡します。TOBE は共有先を記録せず、カードを MeeM にアップロードしません。共有先のサービスは独自のポリシーで画像などを処理する場合があります。Web プレビューは共有 API が使えない場合、画像のダウンロードと文章のコピーを行うことがあります。
プラットフォーム・Web サイト・問い合わせ
インストール、許可、通知、ウィジェット、共有には Apple・Google のサービスと規約が適用されます。OS の診断情報やバックアップはプラットフォーム設定に従い、TOBE は外部のクラッシュ収集 SDK を組み込みません。公開ページをブラウザで開くと Web ホストに通信し、IP アドレスや技術的なリクエストログが処理される場合があります。この TOBE ページには分析・追跡スクリプト、外部埋め込み、Cookie はありません。自分でサポートへメールした場合、MeeM はメールアドレスと送信内容を受け取り、返信のために使い、対応と適用される義務に必要な期間だけ保管します。インストールしたアプリによる自動収集とは別です。
保管期間と削除
端末内の飛行記録や選択は、アプリのデータを削除するまで残ります。Android：設定 → アプリ → TOBE → ストレージ → ストレージを消去、またはアンインストール。一覧ファイルも消去されますが、キャッシュの消去だけでは残る場合があります。iOS：App を取り除くのではなく、TOBE とそのウィジェットを削除してください。App Group の共有領域は iOS が削除を管理します。OS のバックアップ・復元設定によってデータが保持・復元される場合があり、MeeM はアクセスできません。共有画像のキャッシュは、上書き、アプリ・OS による消去、アプリデータの削除まで残る場合があります。書き出したファイルや共有先のコピーは別途削除してください。Web プレビューはサイトのブラウザデータを消去します。サポートメールの削除は連絡先へ依頼できます。
セキュリティ・子ども・改定
OS のアプリ専用ストレージと許可管理を使い、共有画像へのアクセスを共有操作に限定します。完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。TOBE は一般向けの生産性アプリで、子どもを対象としておらず、家族や子どもの監視機能はありません。問い合わせに機密情報を含めないでください。取り扱いを変更する際は本ポリシーの日付を更新します。連絡先：support@mee-eem.com。
Web サイトのフィードバック
Web サイトのフィードバックフォームは任意です。アカウント、氏名、メールアドレスは不要です。Cloudflare がリクエストを処理し、カテゴリと本文をランダムな ID・送信日時とともに Cloudflare D1 に保存します。フィードバックとともに IP アドレスやユーザーエージェントを保存しません。Cloudflare 自体が標準的なインフラの通信ログを処理する場合があります。
フィードバックは製品の改善とサポートにのみ使用し、広告、プロファイリング、アプリの利用分析には使いません。マーケティング目的で販売・共有しません。Web フィードバックは TOBE アプリのテレメトリとは別で、インストール済みアプリの現在のデータ収集動作を変更しません。改善に合理的に必要な期間のみ保管し、継続中の問題の解決に必要な場合を除き、最長 12 か月で削除します。個人情報や機密情報は記入しないでください。連絡先：support@mee-eem.com。
